Does going in the sun clear up your acne?

I broke out in some really tiny pimples and I feel like being in the sun might dry them up. It's the first warm day tomorrow! 75 degrees. I tried everything today. honey, baking soda, lemon/aspirin mask... they are not going away 😖

Babe the first thing u need to do is relax and not stress, stress can cause acne breakouts if your prone. Yes sunlight is healthy and great for your skin, yes go enjoy some sun tomorrow and you"ll be better by the end of the week. Put on some make up to help hide the breakout too

Vitamin December and UV are both known to help with acne, so it is very possible.

Yellow sun beams can help kill bacteria in acne. Just don't stay exposed for more than 20 minutes otherwise put on sunscreen.

Also you can buy acne wash from a drugstore for like 6 bucks and use that morning and night.

vitamin D deffinitely helps with that, but be carefull not to expose it too much, that could make it worse
