I need advice from someone who knows the female body and how it reacts to weight loss and toning. I have lost two Jean sizes since October I have not changed my life style or my diet. I do feel amazing and would love to continue lossing weight cause I am a bigger girl but I don't want to do it in a way that will harm my health nor do I want to starve my self or look like I'm trying to become a swim suit model. I just want to be more healthy for me. But first I need to understand how I have managed to lose Jean sizes and almost no weight doing absolutely nothing?
Have you been doing any strength things? Move lately? Carry boxes at work? Muscle is denser than fat so it takes up less space and weighs the same. So if you shrink but don't lose weight that could be why.

My advice go to bodybulding. com & ask them there's a lot of expert out there :) .
