bro, first of all, the major pill companies are mixing their own proprietary blends of green tea extract formulas to boost profits while fucking over their customers, so don't buy into that name unless you can find a legit one that offers all the correct dosages of ingredients.

secondly, it doesn't work fast, it merely aids in fat loss only IF you are putting efforts towards burning fat yourself. you can't clob on a triple cheese and take this pill and expect shit to happen.

Weight loss pills work mainly as an appetite suppressant (at least the ones I've used -- garncinia cambogia and hydroxycut). So if you're already eating low cal but have a problem snacking between meals then yes pills can be an aid in weight loss but used on their own without a change in diet plus exercise won't get you anywhere. Except the bathroom because they make you crap like crazy.
