I have a skin allergy to the sun - my skin flares up with itchy red spots scaliness and permanent scarring in the form of flat white spots.

Also allergic to the usual dust and my cat :( I just pop in a one-a-day loratadine and I'm back to kissing and hugging her lol

I have eczema so many things can trigger my skin allergy. From very cold to very hot weather, synthetic materials, some typesnof food, stress, dust mites...
I also have a sinus allergy so stuff like dust are no good 😋

Nope the doctor just put something in my nose, like a huge stick and she said I had a sinus allergy 😅 But I knew since I was younger from other doctors and they never did a test, I think they guessed it from the symptoms

Oh. I have this never ending runny rose that even drips down the back of my throat and causes me to cough a lot ( yes tmi I know) and I'm starting to think i have chronic sinusitis or what you have, a sinus allergy. I'm getting an allergy test done on Monday.

Oh yeah it can be very annoying ! I had an ear surgery because if it! Plus your nose tends to be closed so when you sleep you have to breath through your mouth and when the air is cold it irritates my throat...

While my family is allergic to various things (seafood, pollen, cats, eggs), I haven't found anything I am allergic to yet. I am pretty lucky in that regard :D

I am allergic to dust- not the finely eraser shavings type but the ones that have been there for 2 years or more... that look like beards. A lady asked me to clean for her once. she had these "beards" hanging everywhere. When I had finished , my sinuses started running a lot.

Same here! Except when I went to the doctor, the doctor told my parents that I was fine, that "It will get worse before it gets better." I ended up having seizures and I almost died. Luckily, I don't remember any of this since I was one when it happened.

Humans don't need milk after 6th month of life. Have you seen any adult animal drinking milk?
Adults shouldn't eat dairy, because it's unhealthy and unnatural. Much less that from other species. Cow's milk is full of hormones, puss and meant to feed their calf, not you. Try soy or rice based products. You can make your own vegan ice cream too.
