Can taking whey protein help me increase my boob size?

I have not heard of anything that can make your boobs grow bigger. I have heard that working out your chest muscles will help support your boobs and make them sit higher up. Not that you need to worry about that right now but maybe when you get those C cups.

May I ask why you want bigger boobs?

Your boobs are basically just fat. As an adult they won't get any bigger unless you get implants or get fatter. That's really all there is to it. What a lot of women do is build up the pectoral muscles that lie underneath the breasts to make them stick put more.

If you do chest exercises, the muscle underneath your boobs will push the fat outward, which can make them appear more firm and larger. Whey protein helps muscle growth and recovery, especially when you don't want to eat a lot of calories and is a little cheaper.

The only natural way I know of to make your breasts bigger is to gain weight, or get pregnant. Otherwise you'll just have to get a boob job.

If you gain weight you may increase your cup size. Same goes for birth control. There's no specific food item that'll make you gain boob size.
