I am already skinny, I've never been fat ever. Right now I'm 105lbs. and wear a size 0-1. I am a 34C cup. I only want to be healthy, not lose weight. I do not plan on exercising or going on a diet I just want to eat better.
Knowing how skinny I am do you think changing my eating habits will make me lose pounds or just maintain my weight? I want to stay the same weight and have the same Cup size.
