I've been going to the gym three times a year now for the last two years.
I haven't lost any wait on the scales but my body definitely looks more muscular and toned.
The biggest difference has been to my band and cup size. I've gone from a 34a to a 32a (obviously the A cup on a 32 is smaller than the one on a 34 band) .
I don't plan on stopping the gym. I'm not too hung up on the size of my breasts. But can I expect more shrinkage 😅
