Is this serious or am I ok?

i have a really bad canker sore on the inside of my upper right lip. It's gotta worse (it's feels like) and I've had it for 6 days already without it getting better or going away. Its been making my jaw throb, and it's making the outside of my mouth on the right side have a numbish feeling (like if you put orajel on your lip by accident and you have that kinda numb feeling, that's the feeling I have on the outside of my mouth!) it's also a tingly kinda feeling on the outside of my mouth too. Is this serious, I've never had a canker sore like this before so I'm kinda worried, I've tried salt rinse and it stings like hell and hurts a long time after, I've tried baking soda same thing, I have put this prescription stuff on it, it stings for a bit then goes away but my canker sore is still here and stills feels the same. So is this serious? Should I head to my doctor and get it looked at?

I don't think it's serious but if it's been that long and it's still bothering you, you should see your doctor to rule out any underlying causes.

It could be infected so you probably should go to a doctor and get it checked out

Keep doing the salt rinse if it doesn't go away go get it checked out.
