I just watched 'why you don't have six-pack abs'. Do you agree with that video?

I agree with the video.
Unfortunately, there are more variables to consider if you want to go full force.

Cut out breads (all breads), candy/junk food, margarine, soda, soy, Genetically Modified foods, fruit juice... ok It's a lot easier to pay attention to what to eat than Not to eat.
Most food we eat now has been Altered in some way shape or form as well. Like, I told my friends not to eat McDonald's, they use humans in their meals and use undesirable chemicals. They go "Your crazyyy."
Things we grab Anywhere we go can say low in this or low in that but are high somewhere else. Or it might have 0 everything in it, but the chemicals section might have All Kinds of Crap that lead to Hormonal Imbalances which contribute to A Whole List of bad things including weight gain.
So unfortunately for us as consumers here in America anyway, Those people at the top know exactly what they are selling us. The crap foods and drinks that cause obesity and a bunch of other/later health problems that in turn get us hooked on medicines that also lead to further problems themselves. Then we have babies while all this is going on leading to worse genes... yea lol there's a lot more to it than we normally think about and it's not exactly the consumers fault for having so many problems, but uhhhhh... yea I agree with that video~^^

What's wrong with whole wheat bread from the bakery? Or soy? The rest I see why one should not eat them. I prefer home cooked food anyway

You need a very low body fat percentage for them to be visible. Unless you live for fitness and workouts, that's probably not going to happen.

The video is right. Do you want usable strength and lean muscle tissue, to look awesome in slim-fit clothes and to be able to enjoy a drink or a cake, or do you want to focus your lifestyle around dem abs?

It makes sense about the low body fat percentage. Having a lot of fat would cover the abs But what if you have a normal body fat percentage and try to strengthen your core muscles?

Then you won't see them. You can be extremely strong but not all your muscles will be visible if you have body fat covering them.

No the reason people don't have six packs is because they have fat covering them and lead unhealthy life styles. Eat healthy and train in general to shed the body fat covering the abs and do ab workouts to tone the abs and make them more prevalent and visible.

I thought it was common knowledge at this point that it's about losing fat not gaining muscle to have a six pack. Either way yeah I have abs but not a six pack because I'm bulking up to have muscle so I need to eat a lot of food and fats are included so I don't have a six pack but it's fined. As long as my tummy is toned and not flabby then it's all good for me

the video overly exaggerates. if you work out like a beast, you can have those foods much more often than just "rarely".

yeah sure you can´t eat like a pig and expect to have a six pack but you don´t need to live off thin air either.

Yeah, accurate enough.

It's pretty tough for most people to get. It's not just a matter of being healthy. In the wild our bodies do not -want- to have that low a body fat level. It's NOT optimum healthyness.

It does look awesome :p
