currently at exactly 22%
Will simple bodyweight exercises and intermittent fasting suffice?
Also tips to start, this is what i have been doing for the past 3-4 days
jogging 2 km, will increase slowly
10 pushups -3 reps
10 pullups-3 reps
15 squats-2 reps

and once i hit 12% body fat, i'll just do the ab exercises, that good enough to look like marcello?
