Girls, I'm a guy and I'm 5'10 and 170 and i need to lose a bunch of weight. To lose the weight i exercise and try not to eat, but i always end up pigging out and eatating about 500 calories a day. how can i reduce/ get rid of my appitite so i can lower those 500 calories a day as much as possible?
