I weigh 190 and I’m so upset about it. I look in the mirror and don’t look like I weigh that at all. I look like I weigh 150 at the most. My boobs are huge. My butt is big. My legs are small and so are my arms. I just need to tone up.
I’m going to go on nutrisystem 10 pound kits for about two months. And work out twice a day. Cut out soda and drink only water and milk.
I got asked out but I don’t wanna date anyone until I’m at least 160. I feel so horrible.
