Hmm actually there are many ways...You can try the healthier ones though which I am suggesting.Those are working out and reducing the amount of calories that you consume daily.Plus you should start drinking plenty of water daily (about 8 glasses of water), if you can't do this you may try drinking natural fruit juices instead of water.Try reducing the amount of fast food that you probably consume.You may need to use a calorie calculator.You can also try eating slowly,and then you can probably wait for about 15-20 minutes, I know that it may sound weird but it's been proved that if you teach yourselfto eat slowly, you will get full on less food.Stop drinking alcohol, coffee, tea and "refreshments" like coca cola etc.The key is to be disciplined and have self motivation and then it won't be that hard.Good luck.
If you want to lose weight and you are serious about it then no one is going to be able to talk you out of it, so my advice would be to eat a healthy balanced diet, you can use free calorie counting websites to give you a number to shoot for each day. Watch your sodium and try to stay away from processed food, instead choose fresh meats and veggies and whole grain. Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Cardio is good for burning fat and strength training will help tone. Drink plenty of water. Make sure that you are losing weight for yourself and that you are doing it in a healthy way.
you can crash diet like I always do. do the lemonade diet, get the recipe for it online. its a clense that will make you go to the bathroom and you will lose weight quick. when you do eat just eat greens and hardboiled eggs or black beans.and take very little bites and drink water in between every bite it will fill upy our stomach quicker and you'll feel like your full. buy a pack of mentos mints and chew on one every time you get a craving they are minty and supress your appetite... just a few inside secrets from a model o.O...
There's no reason to lose weight. Do you want to look like a starving child from Ethiopia? 5'3" 113lbs. is a good weight.

-30 to 60 minutes of cardio a day(running,jogging,swimming,jump roping,elliptical trainer,dancing etc)
-Strength training 2-3x a week(pilates,yoga,resistance training,weight training,calisthenics etc)
-Eat less,burn more calories by working out.Use a calculator or log
-Look at thinspiration for inspiration

you guys are all idiots for helping her lose this weight. your thighs are supposed to touch each other..your sides are supposed to have a little extra there..there are children all over the world that don't get a decent meal for days and you who most likely have a meal to eat everyday are refusing it because you think your fat.i am also 5'3 and I weigh 125 and I am delighted with my weight because I do not care to be so skinny you can see my ribs. this question should be frowned upon and all its supporters along with it! good day

Drink a ton of water before the one meal you have each day ( healthy ). No high fructose corn syrup. Work out everyday (except for sundays), for 40 minuets.
