Trending & News Someone once said "Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper."
Which is pretty good advice. Essentially don't down the pint of Hagen Daaz ice cream five minutes before you go to sleep because you aren't going to consume those calories being active. Extreme example, but you get the point.
Work out, and don't just work out. Maintain an active lifestyle. Walk if you can rather than taking the bus/car. Carry home your groceries. Walk to your friend's house. Go out and do some activity with friends instead of going to eat or watch a film.
Eat healthy foods, but, also really critical is that you take time to prep your own healthy meals and reduce the amount you eat out. Foods you buy pre-packaged are full of salts/preservatives/fillers/and fake flavours - things your body doesn't need. If you make it yourself, chances are it is a lot more pure and healthy.
Also watch out for "fat-free" which is MISLEADING as these products can be packed with sugars instead and just as bad for you.
Eat healthy portion sizes and do not feel you need to finish what is on your plate if you aren't hungry. eat slowly. It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to respond to the food you put in, so the faster you eat the more you will have eaten before the "I'm full memo" kicks in.
Make sure you have snacks around that are healthy (fruits, nuts, granola, yogurt). It needs to be stuff you like. Better if it is not something you adore and will cram in your face non-stop. If you are in control of groceries, do not go shopping when hungry. Do not buy or stock your shelves with junk foods. If there is no junky food at home or at your desk at work/school your risks of sticking it in your mouth and regretting it are reduced.
When you want a meal or a snack, give yourself a portion on a plate or bowl and do not take the rest of the pot/box whatever with you to the place you will eat. Put the left-overs/snack box away before you enjoy your helping so that you do not take more when you are doing clean up later. When you finish the portion, take the time to brush your teeth and pour yourself a nice glass of water. If you are full and your teeth are clean that "one more cookie" sensation goes away. Drinking water is super healthy, and if you sip on it as you work, watch TV, whatever, you can go refill it as a break/commercial-time activity instead of sticking a handful of chips in your mouth.
Please be realistic and healthy. We all have different bone-structures, builds and metabolisms. Scrawny is not at all sexy, and while I get that we all want to look fit, looking like a stick-bug is not pretty. Also, I think no amount of skinny will ever be as sexy as self-confidence, and a smile. ENjoy cake on your bday, eat desert at the nice restaurant. Have ice cream cones with your friends. What is critical is to try to make sure your most daily routine/habits are good for your health.
Are you working out? Cause while diet is VERY important, if you aren't working out it won't matter what you eat.
I'll give you some diet tips though:
-Avoid liquid calories. Meaning, no sodas (even diet) or fruit juices. People rack up unnecessary calorie and sugar intakes through liquid fluids
-Drink more green tea (don't put sugar in it though). Green tea can help speed up your metabolism.
-Drink a glass of water 15-20 minutes before a meal. Before getting seconds, wait 15 minutes after you've finished eating. The reason being that it takes your mind about 15 minutes to decide that you're full. But drinking water beforehand will help you eat less.
-Eat until you're 80% full. Don't aim to finish the entire plate, aim to eat until you're about 80% full, so not stuffed.
-Fill your plate with veggies. No one ever got fat off of eating vegetables so if you're uber hungry then fill up on more vegetables. But be sure that you have at least one source of protein per meal. Chicken breasts are cheap, healthy and loaded with protein. Salmon, tuna & sardines are great as well. Lentils, kidney beans and black beans are great plant based protein sources.
Anyways, you'll also need 30-60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week. Weight lifting can also help speed up weight loss and keep you toned. You don't have much to lose but it's better to be safe than sorry. Some people end up with sagging or lose skin.
Are you sure caz that's my height & I weigh about 114lbs. I wana be 125-130 so I can get bigger boobs!
You have to eat healthy & exercise regularly
I lost 30 pounds and my ass and boobs stayed the same
I lost my stomach and weight in the face. I got lucky
Lol ya you did! Well id say lose it gradually to avoid stretch marks. Is there a certain area where you wana lose weight? Pounds aren't always accurate caz we all distribute weight differently.
In the face more and stomach. Especially face though. I don't have a fat face, but I like really skinny skin faces
At least for the bone structure I have

complex carbs are the best foods along with protein foods to lose weight, cutting down does not help, it just makes your body store more as fat than usual,x

As a fellow 5'4 person, I'm going to tell you that you want to be 110, not 100. I know you asked for no speeches, but I'm just telling you what we'd look good at. I look sick and gross at 100.
Cut out pop, coffee, alcohol, do cardio and core exercises. Watch your portion sizes and lean more toward fruits, and veggies rather than sugary things.
I've never really had to lose weight. I've always naturally been between 105 and 115.
Also, if you want to lose weight, make sure your calorie intake is less than your calories used. But not too much less. Losing weight too rapidly is also unhealthy.
Also use weights in your exercises. This will help you build muscle which will give you a toned look.
Just some ideas. Feel free to ignore me.
others have given the most important tips. the only one they haven't mentioned is don't eat anything after 7pm (considering you sleep around 11,12ish) the cuttng out liquid cals is so important for health. drink only water , unsweetened tea and kefir.
hummus and celey
