I hate my acne so much?

I never had acne, nothing, not even a little one but all of a sudden I got acne at 18... After a very stressfull period and a year and a half later it doesn't go away.. I clean my face twice a day and lately I've been using a product that is supposed to be good (tried others too) and not much is happening. I want to have a face cleanse at a dermatologist but the told me I have to take my nose piercing off and because of the acne around my piercing it gets easily infected so I can't take it off. I really wish they could do it with it on...

Only wash your face once a day babe, also change your diet your probably eating something that is causing you to break out even more apart from just a harmonal breakout. Stay away from milk, cheese, red meat and white bread for 1-2 weeks and I guarantee your skin will look much better. Go to the store and buy Cetaphil Daily face wash (this is the best face wash out there and very cheap only $6) and also buy Neutragenia Moisturizer for sensitive skin (costs $8) and apply it after you wash your face. Also stay away from make up for at least a month. Hope this helps if you have any questions pm me

Well, I can't help you much because I took accutane and I'm almost finished with it and I still get pimples. I honestly think it's hormones and diet. It's pretty annoying.

I don't know where you live (cost) but consider seeing a dermatologist. I had to when I was younger to get rid of mine. No over the counter product worked.

Aww, drink more water, get enough sleep, dont be too stressed up! Im sure the acne will go away soon!

Buy some benzoyl peroxide 5% and some salicylic acid crème... Apply it twice a day it may work... it works for me
