I have had a small amount of acne on my forehead for years and I went to a doctor in the US that figured it out. It was my diet. Do your parents suffer with lots of acne? Sometimes it can be a genetic skin issue, I don't know hat to do for that. In my case, I just needed to cut out sugar (including fruit and peas, corn, and carrots), dairy, wheat, grease except for olive oil, yeast, and white rice. I always had kind of okish skin, like skin of someone in puberty but my skin looked AMAZING afterwards. I saw pics of myself on holiday last year and my skin looked kind of unhealthy with some acne on my forehead and a bit of grease. In my later pictures of a holiday I went on, my skin was so clean and clear. I would also suggest ashing your face twice a day and maybe starting your diet with two gos of Epsom salts (they taste disgusting so you can allow a spoon of nutella with eat little cup) Hope this helps!
You can fix that. Coconut oil and Lavedar oil. Lavedar will do the healing and coconut will cary the lavener 3 layers into the skin. Also google Oil Cleansing. It will het rid or your skin problems. Dont trust corporate creams. They all have chemicals in them. All natural!
oh don't worry I've been worse!!! luckily we are girls and can use makeup in our favor lol its not gonna go completely but at least the redness will go away if you do it right, check a tutorial. And no, makeup doesn't make acne worse, my dermatologist himself told me that. What does make acne worse is not washing it off before going to bed or after a workout where you sweated.
Go to a dermatologist they will help you a lot, drink a lot of water in the meantime. and DONT pop them. I own one of the special tools doctors own and in an emergency I do use it only if the pimple is whitehead or for blackheads.
And don't worry it is normal at our age! it is temporary, better to have some acne that can go away than be permanently gly with clear skin lol

Never touch you face
Wash your face 2 times a day
Drink 8-10 cups of water a day
No dairy products
Sugary food make acne worse
Fried foods are the worse for acne
Use witch hazel and benzyl peroxide, it does wonders
I would know. I did all the stuff I just said and I does wonders. I used to have acne like you, but after doing 6 months of all this is saw major improvements. My face is now clear!
I know the struggle ! My bad skin destroyed my self confidence and I felt defeated as I tried all the facial washes, I went to dermatologists, I tried masks, natural remedies. The only thing that eventually helped me was going on birth control. It balances your hormones.

First of all get dr bronner's coconut oil and put it on your skin you don't need much. Avoid diary, meat, and processed sugar and fried foods. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, more vegetables than fruit though.
Acne is a sign of your body being acid. The coconut oil should work within a week is you apply everyday.
Go to a dermatologist a doctor won't help you with this, figure out the cause then you'll be able to find the right solution
I heard that Apple Cider Vinegar can actually help clear acne up.
Wash ur face in each hour like as ur skins seems oily one... May b this would help u reduce some... Follow me for some more things
It's probably your diet. Avoid processed food and drink lots of fruits, vegetables and water.
Do steam facial treatments and to cleanse pores

It's really bad near your eyes. You have two massive black heads. I wouldn't worry about the other stuff until those are cleared up
I did suffer from acne. All I can say use Avene products they are really good.
