Why do I still have acne?

i have acne on my face, chest, and back. my diet is not the culprit, and i use organic soaps and treat my skin nice, so whats the deal.

Are you sure it's not just dried up jizz from your nightly sessions with @Kearney_buttman that's causing those pesky breakouts? Maybe try using some anal lube instead of organic soap next time and see if that helps clear things up.

Are you sure it isn't your diet? I banned sugar and milk products nearly completly and it improved my skin a ton.

Seek a doctor that specializes in the skin.

I've cut all added sugar, it still comes from fruits for me. outside of that, no dairy actually i can list my entire diet in one sentence, ground turkey, chicken, turkey bacon, wheat bread, carrots green beans broccoli onions tomatos asparagus, apples, bananas, oranges.

I'd suggest you see a dermatologist though as you live in the US that could be expensive unless your insurance will cover all of the cost, ask your family Dr if they can recommend any.
