Is it bad if you skip a month of your period?

I was supposed to get my period this month but I didn't (no I'm not preagnant). Is this normal? Is it bad? And the next time it comes will the cramps be even worse since I skipped a month?

Hi, i think it is nothing to worry about. If you've been unusually stressed, been eating or sleeping less/more etc then that could be an explanation. It've happened to me before, try to eat and sleep well and take care of yourself you should be fine. If it becomes a regular thing or your period gets really late you should try talking to your doctor about it.

If you're not pregnant then you were most likely just stressed out or something which caused you to miss it. It happens sometimes.
