What is wrong with this girls health?

This is for my cousin I am asking. She is now 22. Her body is fully covered with thick healthy hair especially beneath the buttocks, thighs, legs, armpits, around breast and naval region. But she looks like girly only. What might be the reason for this? can she have a married life? On chin also some hair is there. Periods are irregular and it lasts for 10-12 days. Please answer. She is now doing Btech and she is about to discontinue her course. Apart from usage of hair removal cream and waxing, is yhete ar\ny solution?

Is it hirsutism? She consulted a doctor and she told that term and recommended hormone treatment. But she is afraid of such treatments as it may cause cancer. My question is can she have a married life? Should her inform him before the marriage regarding the hair?

If she has excessive hair growth and her periods are irregular, my immediate thought would be PCOS (polycistic ovary sydrome). Has she been to the doctor specifically about this problem?

There is always laser hair removal, but I would look into POCS.
