No. It can have some very minor benefits for your skin, but that's about it. Other aspect of your lifestyle will have more impact.
- Eat clean; lots of fruits, vegetables, and water.
- Keep your room ventilated; open your window for a few minutes every day.
- Wash your hands before touching your face and wash your face every day.
- Gently exfoliate your face every day.
- Find a moisturizer that fits skin type (greasy, mixed, dry), and apply it every day before going to bed.
- Clean your room. Make sure there's no dust hanging around.
- Change your bed sheets once a week.
That's about it, I think.
Total baloney total advertisement if you believe that I have a bridge to sell you. It's called the Brooklyn Bridge but you can change your name if you want
Alright calm down.
I need to calm down. You are entirely correct. I've been too busy drinking green tea. Makes me uptight. My boobs go numb and I get worried
Green tea does not really do much for the skin no, green tea helps more with stuff relating to the immune system, losing weight internal stuff basically.
White tea is what you want to drink besides water if you want to help your skin white tea besides water is the best thing you can drink for it as white tea has anti aging effects among a large list of heath benefits. It's one of the best things you can drink.
sweating and cleaning out your pores will help more

Tea here is pure natural tea minus milk. Natural tea, has a lot of health benefits including building the immune system
It gives you green skin lol. Just kidding, but it is very heathy for your body
No, I don't think so but overall it's very good for your body.
I have heard that it can. What will really help is things that clean your body from the inside out.
Not sure about skin but there are benefits. My mum drinks it all the time but I don't like the taste of it aha.
Lol i guess? What is going to give you better skin is to stay hydrated and out of the sun.
hm it can help, but not as much as water.
i mean like plain water lol. I'm no expert though.
