First of all you become anemic is how you would say it. It isn't a disease. Your sister is wrong. All grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts contain phytic acid, or phytate, which reduces iron absorption. Those foods in high quantities with no iron intake would make you become anemic.

Your sister is clearly a google doctor. You don’t catch Anemia. It is due to poor diet and not having enough iron in your blood. Food, such as red meat, is a great source of iron.
Green tea and lemon water won’t “give you anemic”. It doesn’t work like that.
I used to drink matcha to lose weight and it was very useful for that but I stopped caused it tasted bad and the minute I stopped drinking it, my body fat would come back. Lemon coffee leads to permanent weight loss unless I purposely eat foods that will reverse it.
