I might drink sprite of my mom gets us fast good but mostly it's Gatorade and water can I drink that?
The Gatorade is 80 calories
Sometimes I have 2 bottles of Gatorade which is 160 calories
Its mainly good only if you exercise. It sure is ok to drink if you want to gain weight, considering you will burn off about that many calories while in the gym. But 160 cals is such a small number you shouldn't base weight gain off that, but eat other things mainly that a calorie dense - like peanutbutter.
gatorade is made too replace sweat that you lose , it has a lot of sugar , which can make you gain weight , another way to get gatorade sensation , is too take water bottle , and put favorite chopped up fruits /pulp in it, shake it / drink it
cherrys , grapes, lemon watermelon is my go to drink...
Just chopped up fruit
for energy add a cucumber and strawberry, pineapple works good with orange and apples
Gatorade is really meant for active people, so if you're very active then it should be fine to be drinking two a day. it's like how some professional athletes eat pounds of pasta - if I did that I'd gain 50 pounds, but because they work out so much they actually need the carbs to fuel their bodies.
I think I'm 50/50
But yeah when I but Gatorade it means I'm probably working out or going for a walk or something
okay then that's fine!
Honestly, the only absolutely healthy drink is water. (and juice is good too). Other kinds of drinks either have a ton of sugar, or even if they are diet then there's some sort of chemical. And all soda, whether it's loaded with sugar or it has zero calories, will still make you bloated.
I don't think Gatorade will help you lose weight, but as long as you are working out it is fine to drink it. If you want to lose weight then keep working out, drink a lot of water, and cut out unecessary sugar, like soda.
