i usually do like a minute but it´s part of a longer workout where my muscles are already all worked up at that point. never tried to go long with this, as i find the exercise too boring.

one sec lemme try it out... i lasted 1:34 seconds before i gave up, my body can handle longer but can my mind?
Oh my goodness, I have a pretty strong core however probably like 2 mins max haha.

I wouldn't know. My workout partner finds it hilarious to kick me in the abs as soon as he fails his plank.
I can only do a little over 2 minutes. To be able to hold it for 4 min 30 sec, I'm assuming you're very fit? 💪🏻
Well whenever I used to do them I did them in 3 minute sets for 9 minutes in total but I think 3 minutes is about my limit.
dam, you strong. I usually do supersets for abs. so ab exercise then plank instead of resting. My record is only 1 minute.
ohh a lot longer than that also planks aren't good for the body
