i keep cheating I cheated yesterday at 11 pm. Should I eat my 3 meals that are healthy today. ? Or no because I cheated?

If you have found that you have been a Cheat Sheet with a Treat here, dear, Continue with Eating 'My 3 meals that are healthy today,' but Leave out the Starch, along with the Sweet.
If you are Watching your Weight, pick a Good diet that is right for You to Chew. Once a week you can treat yourself to a sweet and a starch of course. However, whenever I do put myself on a Strict diet, I eat Healthy at night, and not much in between, mostly liquids to fill the empty gas cap.
