If you have found that you have been a Cheat Sheet with a Treat here, dear, Continue with Eating 'My 3 meals that are healthy today,' but Leave out the Starch, along with the Sweet.
If you are Watching your Weight, pick a Good diet that is right for You to Chew. Once a week you can treat yourself to a sweet and a starch of course. However, whenever I do put myself on a Strict diet, I eat Healthy at night, and not much in between, mostly liquids to fill the empty gas cap.

eat healthy, everyone cheats and stumbles now and then but just dont let your cheat "MEAL" become a cheat six months of meals!
