Sweet girl, I see you’re under 18. I know worrying about your body is heavily active in your generation, heck all generations. I urge you to seek out healthy eating habits! One meal a day and a sparkling water is not a lot, nor is it enough, especially when you’re young and growing. Not sure if you’re restricted to a specific diet or struggling with an eating disorder but food is your friend treat it as such. Lastly, if you are struggling, you can seek help. 💚
I doubt one plate of pasta is more than 1500 calories unless it was a giant plate or had a shitload of cheese. Relax and eat a healthy amount, don't starve yourself
