Tried to estimate the calories
The smoothie might be around 100 calories and the pasta couldve been around 500 calories (most pastas are around 200 Cal each 2/3 cup but the cheese possible adds another 45 calories).
It depends on what else you are today but, depending on you, you're possibly fine. 600 calories sound like a fine dinner so I wouldn't say it's exactly too much either.
