Okay, so weight is just how much of an effect gravity has on you. In fact, you can weight a lot and be really healthy. Muscle weighs more than fat does, so really muscular people weigh more than non-muscular people of the same size. So don't focus just on weight.
From the pictures you posted, you look fine. You are to the point where you are going to start working out to tone up instead of just losing weight. That takes times. And the most important thing is to enjoy how you look and how you feel, not focus on how much you weigh.
You look pretty decent. A nice rack I might add. Go on www.iifym.com its about flexible eating/dieting you can still eat junk food and stuff its rather simple then get "myfitnesspal" on your phone and track your stuff for like 3-5 weeks and bam!
Get my fitness pal on your phone. It will tell you the calories you need to eat and keep up with your food.

I don't know how to loose weight because I've always been really thin but if you want to try a diet I know that the GI diet works well.
Add in more cardio or lifting and cut down more cals OP
