Help me what I have to do? I play aerobics 3 days per week I don't do diet but I take care of what I am eatung for example I don't eat after 7 p. m?

I sleep well i didn't drink cola or jucies i tried to eat healthy but i didn't loose weight just 2 kilos during 4 months ! From side i feel that i'm good but from front i didn't like that abdmy thighs looks thick : / i also drink green tea
