What can I do instead of working out?

I’m not overweight but I do have some weight that I want to get rid of, and I was doing fine getting rid of it since I was working out every week until I went like two months without working out because of school just leaving me drained and without motivation to do anything, so I ended up just getting the weight that I got rid of back. Basically still not overweight but the same as I was before I started working out the first time. I’m starting to workout again, but I have days where I just don’t because I’m too tired or don’t have enough motivation. I want to know if there’s anything I can do to just lose weight without doing full workouts so that I still have something to do when I don’t have motivation to do those, like maybe walking for a certain amount of time or something.

Please don’t say anything like “you’re too young to be worrying about your weight” and whatever (I posted something similar to this on another app and just got a bunch of people saying that instead of giving me advice).
