I am working out for the first time and post workout, I felt hot during my cool down, dehydrated and I my stomach was hurting a bit. I want to know what you guys do after working out hydration wise, food wise, etc. I was on an empty stomach before my workout and I didn’t hydrate a lot.

The first thing I do after training is eat. Primarily carbs & protein.
You literally prepped for your workout in one of the worst ways possible. If I were you, I'd be sure I'm well hydrated since electrolytes are directly involved in how well our nerves communicate. And ofc how well our nerves fire has a direct impact on how well they can stimulate muscle fibers to carry load... And I'd be sure that I'm not training on an empty stomach unless I'm in a deficit & trying to maximize autophagy. That kind of training isn't best for muscle progression.
