When I first got back into running I hated it. It was a chore. Fast forward three weeks and I'm loving it. I started going twice a day for a run. I turned something I hate into something I love and you can too just keep running and run longer, faster.
You will begin to like it.

Running is great, espwcially if you have crazy speed like me and the wind is blazing past you and afterwards you just murder those 4 waterbottlws you brought along with you...

Like trust me I feel too tired and lazy to exercise sometimes, but if I keep doing it every day then I start to get a momentum going and I get excited about it and then it actually feels worse to just sit around.

Ya cardio sucks lol, that's why I focus so much on diet, to pre-empt all that BS lmao, and just play ball and lift fast n heavy to get my heart rate up that way
