I take a few supplements to help with my mental illnesses and some just for my general health. I take:
○ A normal Multivitamin
○ Vitamin B 100 Complex for stress and anxiety
○ Vitamin D for depression (and because I don't get much sun :( )
○ Extra strength Omega 3
Just two!
- 1000mg Vitamin D - I'm severely deficient. The ideal levels are 80-100, and I'm at 18 :/
- Vitamin C - just dailies!
I just got off of iron supplement pills because of anaemia, so yay for that!

Most of the time I get my vitamins from the food I eat. Occasionally I take a multivitamin if I feel like I'm deficient in something or if a blood test provides evidence to suggest I am... With the exception of vitamin D, because I'm a fucking vampire...
I take Fish Oil supplements which contains a good amount of Omega-3. Don't like any pills though. Have been taking different prescriptions since I was 11 for seizures. So annoying. I don't even believe in pills. Not sure why.
I dont take many. Started vitamin C and calcium. Imma take up iron and zinc eventually.
I should point out that theyre not tablets lol. Theyre chewy lollies :)
Vitamin D in the winter, salmon oil and probiotics. Otherwise I try to get my nutrients through a wholesome diet.

Yes, I take One A Day men's multivitamin and Nature's Bounty omega 3 fish oil.
I just take vitamin C once in a blue moon but thats the only pill or supplement I take.
