Very normal. You need to drink some juice and crackers... and lots of water until your body replaces what is missing. Foods high in iron also help.
I had to get blood draws before a surgery and I would get extremely tired and almost passed out once. It's just because you have low blood volume, but don't worry; they don't take out enough to be dangerous to your health. Just relax, DON'T drive, and try to eat and keep hydrated. I think your body replaces each component that makes up your blood at different rates which is why you usually have to wait 56 days before you give any blood again. You need new red blood cells, white cells, plasma, water, and whatever else makes up our blood. Water is replaced within hours, and certain cells within minutes... but I think plasma takes longer. I might be wrong on that.

Ya, I typically feel really tired after I get blood taken out too. I think it's pretty normal because your body is trying to make up for what was taken out. Dont worry too much about it, eat something, take a nap and you should be fine in a few hours.
Yeah, it's totally normal. When I was 18, I actually passed out after giving blood because I didn't eat anything prior (stupid I know).
What you're feeling is totally normal. Eat something, drink water and try to get rest.
But... you didn't give blood, you just take a sample... that seems unusual.

Totally normal. Eat you something sweer or drink something sweet like a soda and lie down for a while to help build your blood and blood sugar back up.
Yes, this is.
Eat something and go lie down and get some rest.
The fact that there is less blood makes you tired while your bone marrow produces moreCorrelation doesn't equal causation. It's the first thing they teach you in medical school.
