I've also had new and unusual tiredness this year and I think it's because of global warming and the increasing heat in the summers. I am assuming it's also hot in Europe right now since you look European, I'm from Canada and our hot summers has left my head warm and exhausted many late evenings.
I deal with it by trying to balance my body PH so that I can lower insulin resistance because I believe the heat might be caused my body's inability to properly tap into the energy in my fat cells due to PH levels that do not match.
One strategy I use is to mix coffee with lemon juice, it balances my body PH and gets rid of hunger and tiredness during the day and early evenings. If that has the opposite effect that getting rid of exhaustion, try mixing apple cider with water. You only want one teaspoon because it's very acidic and will corrode your teeth. Many drink their apple cider vinegar with reusable straws to protect their teeth enamel.
Another idea is to do a withdrawal from productive activities in sequentially repetitive way. Some people go a day without work and others go two days without professional labour and just do house chores or child care or barbecues on their rest days where they are not earning money or investing it.
It could be the case as well. Yes, very hot here in the EU. *Not me in the pic, but I am European.
I will give your tips a shot - nothing to lose.
Thank you for taking the time to advise. :)
Have your vitamin D level checked. You might be deficient. I discovered this about myself a few years ago and started taking a supplement. I’ve felt better ever since. 😌
I heard that could be an issue! I will definitely have it checked. Thank you. :)
Vitamin B12. Throughout the day. Get some sublingual tablets and use them throughout the day. You just put it under your tongue in about a minute it dissolves and I’ll do those 3 to 5 times every day and I’ve noticed a marked difference in energy level and my ability to focus.
Thank you! I already take those, but they're not helping. :/ Maybe it's too low of a dosage.
I recently got blood work done for a similar issue and turned out my folate levels were low. Folate efficiency anaemia I believe it's called. I've been taking folic acid tablets and that seems to be helping.
Ah, yes, I got that from one of my colleagues - they recommended the same thing. :)

Get yourself checked for parasites,
Consume 3 Albendazole tablets and then 3 anti-Fungal Capsules..
If parasites are feeding off the food you eat then, no matter what & how much you eat or drink or how much you sleep, you will always be exhausted..
I take lots of vitamin B-12 tablets to keep my energy level up.
In addition to what others have said, this is also something those who had the COVID shot often experience.
You could have Anemia, that causes a lot of tiredness even if you sleep well and at time. It happened to me, so I know.
Being out in the sun helps a lot. Therapy and journalling helped me overcome my emotions. I like to channelise my emotions in different ways
Yes. That's me rn. See a doctor I'd say
I will get a more extensive blood work done, just in case. :)
Yes. I was pregnant.
Oh, well, that makes sense, generally speaking. Not the case for me, that I know for sure. :)
Do you have depression, anxiety or adhd?
Oh, I do have anxiety. I didn't know it can be related to feeling tired, though.
Oh, no... then there's nothing I can do about it, I guess.
Only try to minimize my exposure to anxiety-inducing situations - which is easier said than done.
Oh, no! I love caffeine. But I can definitely try to cut back.
Thank you for your help! :)
You might need a vitamin
