I ate some Chinese food and now my stomach wants to kill me. any remedies?

If you've got a case of food poisoning, there's not much you can do to prevent becoming sick, unfortunately. But you can make the symptoms tolerable enough to help you get some sleep.

○ For nausea, you can take an over-the-counter anti-nauseant, take deep breaths, suck/chew on some ginger candies or sip ginger ale.
○ Try taking something with Bismuth to help ease your upset stomach.
○ If you start vomiting and/or having diarrhea, you will need to replace missing electrolytes with a store-bought electrolyte mixture or Powerade.
○ Reintroduce foods into your system by starting the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, apple sauce, toast).
○ If vomiting/diarrhea persists for more than two days, it's time to go to the hospital. They'll have to administer electrolytes intravenously.

Warm water , complex carbs and fibre is probably your friend.
