How to stop a nervous stomach?

im going to be going/doing something for the first time on wed. (for my birthday), and im a little nervous, and while it's only sun. (at the moment), i JUST set the appointment up, im still kind of nervous, and it's got my stomach all up in knots

Just drink water , you are meant to have this feeling , don't try and change it , nervous is for a reason , its working with it. Certainly DONT consume any Sodas of the like , eat well , sleep well , approach the meeting.
