
How can I tone my stomach?


Doing 10,000 crunches a day will not make your stomach fat go away. You need to lose that energy pack you are carrying, because that is what fat is, it is a stored energy for your body. For you, the name of the game is running, A LOT of running, super healthy and expensive diet and full crunches, meaning your back touching the floor and your face touching your knees. Military determination and super strict workout schedule should be utmost important to you.
There are different ways you can serve and protect your country and let's just leave it at that.
Not anymore, I have torn my left leg and arm ligaments. For more than a year my gym life was completely over. During that time I lost almost 35 pounds, a lot of my gains and even to this day I am physically unable to get back to the level where I was before, BUT I am super happy, because now I'm spending a whole lot more time with my family đ. Whatever happens, happens for a Good reason.
swimming to burn calories overall... and rowing exercises are great for the core area of the body, that should work

Your stomach is fine but if you want abs, go on Youtube and their will be videos about how to get abs
Eat healthy and lift weights. You need to wirk different body parts and ultimately your abs will show.
Push ups, sit ups, stretching, planks, high knees, body squats, jumping jacks etc.
