Ya gotta look at what your eating.
Figure out which food is causing it and cut it out your diet.
Over eating is another possibility.
Also is it happening on your period, that's a possible cause?
Or you could have IBS.
Tbh your best bet is to see a doctor because there's many things that could be causing it and they got meds for it and they really helped my pops a lot

if it's from your period, it's none my business if you are or are not on it yet.
But if you are not on Birth Control, you could consider getting on it.
It actually helps with bloating due to menstruation.
Also eating more fruits and water during your period actually helps too.

1. You are probably eating foods full of chemicals such a meat and dairy
2. It could be from drinking water or drink with your meals. You are supposed to drink water either an after before or after meals
3. Fruit can have the same affect as above. You should be eating fruit alone and not in food
