How to lose fat and have a flat stomach? Any tips or process?

I've got a flat stomach & I only have it because I lost enough weight & am tracking my calories everyday to correct overshoots in my intake with either diet or exercise.

I make sure to eat healthily & not be in too much of a surplus, get enough electrolytes for better fluid regulation, get enough fiber, drink enough water, etc. And I track everything I consume through an app called "Cronometer."

Also, I notice that good gut health is extremely necessary for me to consistently have a flat stomach. When I have bad gut health, my body holds on to more water than it would have. Especially if I have more than 2,000mg of salt per day.

If you want to lose weight, find out what you maintenance intake is, then consume 300 - 500 calories less than that each day. And of course, account for any exercise differences.

Incorporate 30 minutes of cardio daily also include 4 liter of water try to finish a liter before you eat so you feel full and don’t gotta eat as much. Also try.8g of protein per pound of bodyweight

Not sure how much fat you have but cutting back on carbs always seems to work for people. Things like walking, jogging, swimming, and bicycling can also help you lose some belly fat too. Go out when it's nice outside to do some of these.

Stay well clear of outlets like 'McDonald's'. Don't eat unless you're actually hungry, and remain physically active. That's what works for me anyway. I don't go to a fancy gym, those things just aren't necessary.

the ONLY way to lose fat in a perticular area on the body is by physically removing it with surgery.

by means of working out and dieting, you can only "lose weight in general", not on your stomach in particular.

Workout, eat healthy and be consistent and patient it's not gonna happen over night it will take a while.

Eat a little bit less and burn around 300 to 400 calories 3 or 4 days a week on treadmill and you should see results within a month.
