How can I lose stomach fat?

I understand I can't spot reduce, but what are ways I can lose stomach fat? I hit the gym about 5 times a week only doing upper and lower body exercises, I don't really do ab workouts besides mountain climbers. Should I walk on a treadmill for about 30 minutes daily to lose some of that fat? Or will that ruin my muscle gains from lifting?
