Here's some all around advise that I think will help;
*Drink Green tea (clique I know- but I think it works)-If you want to add a sweetener I'd suggest honey.
*Cut out desserts their not good for you especially if you want to lose weight- try a fruit, like apples (organic apples are naturally really sweet :)
*Drink water instead of all your sodas/juice/coffee
*try to eliminate high processed foods-organic is much better
*everyday work out get some cardio in, walk,jog,push ups,sit-ups, lunges, anything to get you moving.
*Don't eat food right before you go to bed

Um wow...make sure you don't get in trouble for this. Anyway I usually do 150 crunches morning and night (totaling 300 a day) along with 30 jumping jacks. You may also want to try to drink about 2 teaspoons of diluted apple cider vinegar (MAKE SURE IT'S APPLE CIDER VINEGAR and dilute it in water). Apple cider vinegar is good for this because it helps your digestive tract regulate it self not to mention it helps circulate your blood giving you a nice complection. Green tea also helps. Again, please don't get in trouble over a guy and some stupid contest.

I suggest finding better reasons to lose weight like your health. Losing weight for a competition over a guy .. not the best reason. You lose weight by exercising and eating healthy.. so..do that. if you lose weight too quick, you gain it back even faster so take your time and use your head.
