My boyfriend and. i are seeing each other around June 30-july 1 .
And he loves this dress on me
He doesn't care about how I look
But the truth is I do. how do I lose this belly fat. Or bloating
I'm hardly Eating and drinking
The best way I have found to lose weight is in the help with a fitness app I've got on my phone. It records how far I have moved as well as the calories I have taken in. No special diets. No special exercises. But it has taught me the body is more like a car then it is anything else. Simply put: you can't put gas in an already filled tank. You've actually got to go somewhere before you can put anymore in. Also, you can't expect to get anywhere if there's no gas in the tank. Eat what you want. Don't change your diet unless you feel like having something new. Don't just sit there. Go for a walk or even just try to be active. You're always going to be hungry. Just make sure you work off the food you've already had. And since you're trying to lose the shape of your belly, try exercises that will work and stimulate those muscles. Not just toe touches, but actually twisting at the waist and stretching exercises. If that little voice tells you in the head you're just sitting there, pretty good chance you're just sitting there.
First of all. 'Hardly eating' is the wrong mentality to take when you want to lose weight.
Eat regularly but eat healthily. Salads, low carbs, drink plenty of water.
You could also lose that belly with exercise.
I would suggest a combination of the two works best.
Try this out:-
Breakfast Poradge/oatmeal
Lunch. Something with a salad. Even just the salad itself.
Dinner Grilled chicken (no rice or potatoes)
When you're hungry throughout the say eat ONLY fruit.. and drink plenty of water..
If you were to do something along those lines for 5 days a week, then eat what you like within reason on the other 2.
Plenty of walking.. 30 mins to an hour of brisk walking a day.
Try sit ups and squat thrusts after warming up (and not near food times)
You will lose that belly in no time..
not eating and drinking will make you sick and slow down your metabolic rate. set calories to like 1500 depending on your activity level and start working out even walking a mile a day, high protein, low carbs, low sugar, no sugary drinks, drink plenty of water. deep breath girl, you can also always get a body slimmer it will contour your body under that dress even walmart sells them now, its called a body shaper, i tried to get a pic so you can see what i mean.
Lipozene or Alli approved by the FDA purchase at Walmart
Cardio
Walking or running
No carbs, sugar, gluten free
These things will helpful but this person you're meeting sounds like a keeper he's excepting you for who you are, he's not living in some false fantasy good luck with everything βοΈ

It won't happen fast. You can't lose more than about two pounds a week, and one pound a week is more realistic. Give yourself a daily calorie budget, then stick to it. Be reasonable, something you can sustain, maybe 1400 calories per day. I tried 1400 but couldn't, settled on 1600.
Water, walking, and no sugar... you will not lose it all but there will be a little noticable difference. Don't give up and stay dedicated once you start.
Eat but watch what you eat. Walking believe it or not is excellent is you want to start with low impact cardio.
You got this!👍🏾💯
you can't spot reduce if that's what you're asking. losing fat comes from all over the body not just one place and takes time to do. less carbs less sugar more moderation less salt less starch no yeast. no bread no pasta no rice no junk food no fast food no soda no fruit juice no potatoes no frozen meals just clean eating. chicken broccoli fish tuna salmon cod asparagus salads peppers vegetables and white meat the more vegetables the better. just prepare to be shitting your brains out when you do this
and no booze no beer no wine no alcohol
it is not possible to target an area to reduce deposited fat in without surgery. your body has a genetically determined programme that chooses where to store and where to burn fat. you can only "lose fat" in general. there's no way to target fat loss. it is only possible to target mass gain by building muscle.
the layman may think that if you work out a particular muscle, that the nutrients that muscle needs will be taken from the nearby fat deposit but that is not the case.
First you got to change your diet, and with your diet, your personal and interperonal relationships, and possible unresolved past issues.
The psychological aspect is very important. You need to reduce the stressors of your life. In short words: take care of your mental health and you'll have the motivation to take care of your physical wellbeing.
Take the pain of working out. Accept the fact that things of value take hard work and commitment. 100 situps and 100 crunches with a 2 mile run everyday will produce results especially if you're in a caloric deficit. Do the work!
You cannot just lose belly fat. Take high protein, exercise, and you will lose fat. Belly fat will be the last to go and it will probably take more than a year. Be in a caloric deficit of 500kcal per day but do not take less than 1500kcal per day.
Caloric restriction within safe limits. If you go too low you'll go into starvation and your metabolism will slow down causing you to hold weight longer AND feel like shit.
Slow and steady.
You have to change your eating habits no more junk and you have to do cardio at least 5 to 6 days a week
I'm a prescotarian I don't like junk food and I hardly drink and eat
Tbh I have a lot of stress on me
I don't know how I get so heavy
It someone who doesn't eat beef pork steak etc
But the only meats is fish / seafood
fats from meats don't make you fat, the body converts fats into acids, hormones, cells, proteins, water, and immediate energy, carbohydrates are what make you fat, specifically starches and refined sugars. its the bun that makes you pack on pounds, not the burger.
this is cuz the body stores sugar in fat cells for reserve energy, also starch slows the metabolism down if eaten a lot.

I spent years studying my own metabolism, I know how to lose weight, because i figured out how to gain it.
cut out sugar for a month it will go away
I'm hardly eating and drinking
What do recommend. Because I thought everything has sugar in it
Not eating and drinking will make you bloated. When I'm bloated I eat yogurt and do exercise.
Stop eating starch (potatoes, corn, rice, wheat), and eat more small meals throughout the day, don't eat large meals, and don't eat just before bed.
the sugar in fruits is usually used immediately because its easier to process, whereas starch is difficult to process, so its stored quickly when you eat too much of it (think of it like filling water jugs, if you can only drink so much at a time, but you keep filling them, you get a lot of reserves stored up quick.
now imagine the jugs are fat cells, you don't actually gain more fat, the existing cells just expand.
when you starve yourself for a while, your body goals into fat storage mode, and then when you eat a large meal, it stores too much, so its best to eat a lot in small servings throughout the day, like 6 small meals that aren't starchy
if you avoid all sugar, instead of just starch, you will experience health problems associated with hypoglycemia.
its also possible to gain water weight, which is caused by too much salt, without salt you can't keep water in the body, but you need salt for other functions, so typically its potassium not being high enough that results in salt retention, as potassium is what makes you pee salt out. You see potassium is what allows water to exit cells, and salt lets water enter cells. you need both, too much if one or the other is pretty bad, but typically salt intake has to be slightly higher in dose than potassium intake because potassium makes you waste salt.
interestingly, when you burn fat, a lit if it turns into water.

Diet and exercise, but don't lose weight to fast and discuss this with a doctor. Or you could choose liposuction.
Avoid drinking alcohol because this type of fat is a result of drinking alcohol (beer to be specifically) or a lot of fast food.
You aren't that fat around other parts of your body, only your belly.
you're not fat
also, why do people think its a good idea to see each other
DURING A FUCKING VIRUS
if i can't go to work, why should you be able to date
You need a personal trainer. Like me. I'm pretty knowledgeable and in good shape myself.
Snack on celary lots of celary.
Meet your protine and vitimin needs etc from small meals with normal foods at meal times but if you are hungry after that just celary.
And just drink water no caffeen, no sugary drinks, just water.
stop consuming the things that are putting it there
If you exercise properly then it will take 2-3 month to loose belly fat
