I got a TB skin test for work, i work at a hospital at nine am on Tuesday. The bruise should have gone away is this normal am I just having a slow reaction?
A bruise is broken blood vessels under the skin. That is not a bruise. That is the reaction to the TB test stuff being poked into your skin, and is normal. And since you have now had it read, you know how it looks after a few days.

This is normal, don't worry about it. I had one back about seven years ago. It goes away after a week or so.
"The bruise should have gone away"
"Is this normal"
If it's supposed to have gone away by now then, logically, it's not normal. If it's not causing you any harm then don't worry about it.
Does it itch or burn? Some people heal differently.

It is not uncommon to have a "bruise" at the site of a TB skin test.
The test's results are determined by the size of the induration (swelling) at the injection site. The swelling typically peaks between 48 and 72 hours after the injection.
If you had the test on lets Tuesday at 9 am, you should expect the swelling to peak between Thursday and Friday.
If the swelling does not seem to be improving or you have concerns about your reaction, I would recommend contacting your healthcare provider to discuss your symptoms and determine the best course of action.
The only time you have to worry, if i recall correctly is if it turns really hard and painful. I have had a few of those in my past, and that is the way the nurse explained it to me. Discoloration is normal, and will go away with time.
My sister had one when she volunteered at the zoo and it didn't fade for a while,
