Should I go to the hospital for this kind of bruise I got or just but a bruise cream (pic)?

I wouldn't go anywhere near a Hospital. I would just spray it with colloidal silver or use DMSO (note only use the latter if you know exactly what you're doing).

Looks like a bruise I got when I fell of my roof. I didn't go to the hospital. 15 years later I still can't fully turn my back to the left. Methinks maybe I should have.

Not all breaks are painful just FYI.

They probably won’t do much about it except ice it and give you Advil which is a blood thinner to avoid clots and for pain
