I was taking my pills wrong, what do I do?

For two days I was taking pills prescribed by a doctor. I failed to realize that I was supposed to be taking two pills twice daily. For the past two days I have only been taking one pill twice daily. I don't know if I should just start taking two pills tomorrow or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would normally just ask the doctor, but since it's the weekend the office is closed, and also, Google gave me no help.

You can just start taking the normal prescribed dose. I'm sure you'll be fine, you can call on Monday to check, but two days isn't a huge mistake, and it's way better that you under-dosed rather than taking too many.

Just take as prescribed, tell your doctor on the next visit. Unless you took 20 of them at once you're fine

you're fine. if you're paranoid take a total of 3 pills tomorrow; 1 1/2 pills twice. then the following day bump it up to 2 pills twice

I was also supposed to be taking them for five days. Since I will have 4 left over from no taking all of them, that means I will have enough for a sixth day, so I still take them?
