Is it okay I took my pill 3 hours late?

So I take my pill which is progestogen-only pill. I normally take it around 5pm every day but today I had a nap and took it at 8pm.

I'm on my period currently and last had unprotected sex on Wednesday. It's a Friday night here now so I can't call anyone to ask for help. Am I safe against pregnancy?

I can confirm with the pill you are on that it's totally FINE!
We would only be worried if you missed it by maybe 12 hours but it's around the same time every day and you will still have a systemically therapeutic level in your body tomorrow!
Of course not all methods are 100% anyway but I wouldn't say you need any further precautions because of this "late" pill. You will be fine as you are.
I have a pending degree in pharmacy so that's where my knowledge comes from

I’m not sure that is necessary. It could be fun to have a special weekend with special rules. You can use that in favor of satisfying intimacy; instead of against it.
