Literally the bottle tells you how often to take it. If the label is missing for some reason I'm sure a Google search could tell you too. Besides, you don't even list a time zone for us to tell you an answer even if we did know.

You can take it every 4-6 hours so it's been nearly 5 hours for you. You are good to take it again.
