Will I be able to cancel this tomorrow morning?

I signed a theft thing while getting my car on accident because the guy was a fast talker but lol but
this is what it says on the paper work for canceling but it’s worded weird:
CANCELLATION
The Warrantor may only cancel the Warranty If the Warranty Holder does any of the following: (e) falls to pay for the Vehicle Protection Product; (b) makes a materlal misrepresentation to the Seller or Warrantor; (c) commits fraud; or (d) substantially breaches the Warranty Holder's dutles under the Warranty. Warrantor shall mall written notice of cancellation to the Warranty Holder at the last address of the Warranty Holder In the Warrantor's records at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the cancellation. The notice shall state the effective date of the cancellation and the reason for the cancellation.

Yes BUT In this day and age subscriptions are getting even more smart by the minute and are using small prints and such so they are able to make money off of people that sign away and want to cancel asap, so make sure you also hit up your bank and dispute any payments that they have dragged you into.

I use virtual credit card numbers for anything recurring. that way if they don't cancel properly i just cancel that specific virtual card number

You always have a certain period of time to cancel a subscription if you have changed your mind

Think that's the wrong section. That's about then cancelling if you've lied etc. Should be a section about warranty holder cancellation
