Cancelled date but then rescheduled. Good thing?

So she cancelled a date we had set for yesterday. I replied 'No problem :) We'll just do it some other time. Have a nice evening'

About 30 mins or so later she sent me a couple messages

"Actually I can still do tonight if you want"

"Or we could do it next week I work fro 7 to 4pm Monday to Friday"

Is this good?

I didn't want to cancel the plans I set after she cancelled on me so I sent this:

"So I can't do tonight anymore, but I'd love to see you next week. How about Thursday at 8pm at X restaurant?"

Yeah things come up, it's completely fine to cancel on someone especially with prior notice, and then try to get those plans back.

Yes that is okay because the important thing is that she reached to you rather quickly I might add to reschedule.
I am a firm believer that if a woman flakes on a date it's up to her to reschedule or offer an alternate time. If she were to flake without offering any explanation as to why and then made no attempt to reset the date then I would forget about her.
