Is this a good way to keep the 6 days of work and 1 day of rest?

Yeah, I like to keep my weekends free from any obligations. I'd rather work hard Monday to Friday and do little on the weekend. Ideally though I'd like to work 4 days and spend more time on creative pursuits. There's also definitely something in the idea of keeping one day completely free to replenish yourself.

Depends on your personality and how much social activity you crave. I'm pretty introverted personaly, so like a Friday after work is plenty for me. Plus I'm a guy I don't need a whole day to get ready to be social lol.

I come from a construction family. So working 7 days a week something that must be done to keep customers happy or to make dead lines

It depends on how you define rest. I've met people who consider social activities as not rest.

Depends on the company, as an introvert. Like with most people social activities can be quite exhausting. With the right people it's all chill and rejuvenating.

I used to go to my room to relax for 30 minutes during dinner parties at my house when my dad's friends would come over cause trying to be perfect in front of his friends was mentally tiring.
