I say 4 days of 9 hour shifts is perfect...3 days off but still getting 36 hours. I don't say four days of 10 hour shifts, cause that is too much.
It really depends on the job though, I say Mondays no one wants to work much, but get really productive T-W-Th but Fridays come and no one wants to work much either.
If a company can get 4 days of high productivity like T-W-Th are then it would be better overall.

I'm a mom, I get zero days off. :)
However, I think we work too much and should work (swidt) to reduce the work week to three full or five half days.
I think it depends on the job. In the past I have had really stressful jobs that a simple 2 days off was not enough then I have had other jobs where I could have easily done 6 days and been totally fine wit that works schedule…
Depends on the kind of week I work. Sometimes I only had one day off a week, now I have more free time and average 2 days off which is more than I used to have and usually works fine for me.

If you have a regular 260 day work year it isn't. I am fine with working 5 days per week because I get 1 week off in November for Thanksgiving break, 3 weeks off for Christmas break, 1 week off for Spring break, and 2 months off in the summer. Most jobs aren't like that though.
I'd say that four days a week with eight hour shifts is a good work life balance.
I'm going for half that as my goal though. Work smarter not harder.in my prospective i work 4 day's and am off 3 but here are the pros and cons. The pros is having 3 days off but the cons is working 4 twelve hour shifts
3 would be an optimal number of days off. I can do all my work in four days.
Definitely not enough. That's why i prefer working 12+ shifts.
I def need 3 days, preferably Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon. But all my jobs have been 1 or 2 days off
I took one day off in November. So far one day this month. Thinking of taking a week of for Christmas.
Where I will (hopefully) start in January wants to start me off at 20 hours a week. That seems fine. 4 hours a day gives me plenty of time to relax.
I don’t have offs at all in a week, nor want to take. Im very comfortable in my schedules.
Christ 2 days off I couldn't be that lazy
7 days a week, 10 hours per
Much less would drive me to insanityI used to 4 days on; 3 days off. I would GLADLY take that back if I could. Life is too short to only have two days off!
Yes, I think it is. And it's a luxury compared to how some people are forced to live.
No that's not enough for me its 4 days on and 3 days off
I think two is sufficient. Some people only get one.
I generally work six days per week.
It is not enough. I still feel burned out.
